Claims for missing items, wrong items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent if there has been proof of delivery from the mail carrier. Items with a delayed delivery or still in transit will not be resent.
If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving your items. We strive to make every customer happy and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Once you have contacted us, we can process your return. Upon delivery of the undamaged and unopened item back to us, we will process a refund for the product. Shipping is non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. A shipping label will not be provided.
